李逸夫（英文名：SHYHYYEV SERDAR），男，土库曼斯坦国籍，护照号码：A0179509，学号：2019388812，现为信息工程学院2019级工程硕士国际研究生。
该学生于2019-2020学年第一学期未办理任何请假手续擅自离校处理个人事务，自入学以来已持续旷课达4周以上，本学期累计旷课达到6周以上。12月以前只有一次寝室出入记录，寝室也不曾有居住迹象，且本学期从未与硕士研究生导师见面。学院国际研究生班主任多次与学生联系要求返回学院上课，该学生均未返校。
该生行为已严重违反学校管理制度。为严肃校纪校规，根据《国际研究生学籍管理实施细则》第七章第二十五条规定，经学校研究生院、国际学院研究决定予以退学处理，并按规定取消其在华居留许可。

如本人对退学事实有异议，可于2020年1月13日前向学校研究生院（明达楼317室）提出书面申述和申辩。到期未提出任何申述和异议，研究生院将启动退学程序。

Since the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, this student left the school for personal affairs without any leave formalities. Since entering the school has continued to absenteeism for more than 4 weeks, this semester cumulative absenteeism for more than 6 weeks. Moreover, there were only one record of dormitory entry and exit before December, and there were no signs of living in the dormitory, and this semester never met with a master's tutor. The international graduate class teacher contacted the student many times to return to the college, and the student did not return to school.
The above behavior has seriously violated the school management system. It was decided by the Graduate Office and the International College to drop out of school and cancel the residence permit in China, In accordance with Chapter VII, Article 25 of the Rules for the Administration of International Graduate Student Status.

Students who have objections to the fact of dropping out of school may submit written representations and arguments to the Graduate School Office (Room 317, Minda House) by 13 January 2020. No representations or objections have been raised and the Graduate Office will initiate the drop-out process.
