该学生2018-2019学年第二学期，未办理任何请假手续擅自离校回国，自开学第二周起便持续旷课。教师教育学院多次与学生联系，学生曾表示将于3月11日返校，但自3月11日-4月14日学生未对学院联系信息有回应，直至4月15日学生以微信方式提出放弃学籍声明。
该生以上行为已严重违反学校管理制度，为严肃校纪校规，教育本人及其他同学，经学校研究生院、国际学院研究决定,根据《国际留学生手册》第41页《湖州师范学院国际学生（学历生）学籍管理实施细则》第二章第10条所述内容，决定予以自动退学处理，并按规定取消其在华居留许可。望其他同学引以为戒, 认真学习，严格遵守学校各项规章制度。

Since the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year this student leave school unauthorizedly, this unreported absence starts from the second week of this academic year. The school of teacher education has contacted the student for many times. The student once said that she would return to school on March 11, but has not responded to the school's contact information since March 11 to April 14. Until April 15, the student made an abandonment of student status declaration in WeChat.
In order to strictly abide by rules and regulations of the university and educate themselves as well as other students, according to the contents of Article 10th, Section 2 of Implementation Rules on Students’ Status Management of International Students (International Students Receiving Academic Education) in Huzhou University on page 41 in the International Students Handbook of Huzhou University, the above student’s academic status shall be canceled automatically, and her residence permit in China shall be canceled in accordance with the regulations, decided by Graduate Office and International College. Hope other students can take it as a warning, study hard and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the university.
